This small agency is run by a lovely young laddy: Tuk. She helped me to find a nice 3 BR apartment around lower Sukhumvit Road. Well, actually I was looking for a 2 BR around 40k to 50k Thai Baht. Once I told her what I was looking for she lined up 10 properties for me to look at within just one day. All of the properties she showed me great, but most of them a bit more expensive than my initial budget. Actually, in that one day tour she showed me more interesting objects than all other real estate brokers have showed me over several weeks. If you look for a upscale Bangkok condominium for rent, I would recommend contacting Tuk. One of my favorite real estate brokers in Bangkok. This small agency is run by a lovely young laddy: Tuk. She helped me to find a nice 3 BR apartment around lower Sukhumvit Road. Well, actually I was looking for a 2 BR around 40k to 50k Thai Baht. Once I told her what I was looking for she lined up 10 properties for me to look at within just one day. All of the properties she showed me great, but most of them a bit more expensive than my initial budget. Actually, in that one day tour she showed me more interesting objects than all other real estate brokers have showed me over several weeks. If you look for a upscale Bangkok condominium for rent, I would recommend contacting Tuk. I am sure she will take good care of her customers.
